PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the vehicle theft warning system of a parking lot for detecting a theft of a vehicle in an early stage by detecting the theft of the vehicle not at the exit of a parking lot but at a parking location. SOLUTION: The moving orbit of a vehicle in a parking lot is monitored by cameras C1 to Cn and position analyzing devices D1 to Dn to specify the parking location, and a theft warning registering operation is performed by a theft warning registration device 1, and the theft warning registration information is recorded in a vehicle orbit management device 2. When the leaving behavior of a parking vehicle is detected by the position analyzing devices D1 to Dn, a vehicle orbit management device 2 decides the presence of the theft warning registration information based on the recording information, and when the theft warning registration information is recorded, and the theft warning is being registered, the vehicle orbit management device 2 determines that the vehicle is illegally leaving, and reports the theft.
