PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide make-up cotton capable of inhibiting the reduction of bulkiness (so called collapse) and the reduction of liquid-holding property (so called liquid drip), and further having a good use feeling. SOLUTION: This make-up cotton obtained by laminating a multiple number of fibrous webs has at least one layer constituted of a fibrous layer containing polytrimethylene terephthalate fibers. The polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber may be constituted on any of its surface layer and/or reverse surface layer.
