PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase coating processability of a self-adhesive agent to release sheets and adhesive property of a releasing agent layer to the release sheets, in inline coating. SOLUTION: A releasing agent layer 12 and a self-adhesive agent layer 22 are formed by inline coating of a releasing agent and a self-adhesive agent on one side surface of a releasing sheet substrate 11. The self-adhesive agent is an emulsion adhesive agent having 100-2,000 mPa s viscosity before coating. The releasing agent layer 12 is formed by curing and filming an addition reaction type solventless releasing agent composition comprising an (A) component represented by general formula (I) and a (B) component represented by general formula (II) as crosslinking agents.
