PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistat for polycarbonate resins that does not deteriorate transparency of a polycarbonate resin when added thereto, has good heat resistance and exhibits excellent immediate effects. SOLUTION: The antistat for polycarbonate resins is represented by general formula (1) (wherein R is a hydrogen atom or a 1-10C hydrocarbon group; M is a cationic counter ion; m is a numerical value of 1-5; and n is a numerical value of 1-2).
