PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire air pressure control device improving riding comfort for an occupant when a vehicle is in an acceleration/deceleration running condition by tire air. SOLUTION: This tire air pressure control device 101 includes: a compressed air supply source 61; a pressure reducing valve 63; a solenoid valve unit 103; selector valve units 22 provided to wheels of tires 17<SB>FL</SB>, 17<SB>FR</SB>, 17<SB>RL</SB>, 17<SB>RR</SB>; a controller 65; a longitudinal acceleration sensor S<SB>G</SB>; and a steering angle sensor S<SB>S</SB>. The controller 65 determines whether or not the vehicle travels with linear acceleration (or deceleration) accompanying acceleration (or deceleration) of a predetermined value or more on the basis of a steering angle, and the longitudinal acceleration of the vehicle. When determined that the vehicle travels with the linear acceleration (or deceleration), the controller outputs to the solenoid valve unit 103, a command signal for decreasing (or increasing) tire air pressure of front wheels and increasing (or decreasing) tire air pressure of rear wheels.
