PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible electron beam (includingβ-ray) shielding material worked easily by scissors, a cutter or the like, and to make the shielding material harmless for a human body and an environment. SOLUTION: The problem is solved by manufacturing this shielding material sheet of the present invention dispersed with powder of tungsten or the like in an elastomer flexible at an ambient temperature. The sheet shields efficiently an electron beam, can shield the electron beam with a thickness substantially same to that of lead, and is optimum for electron beam therapy or the like. The sheet is worked easily by the scissors or the cutter in home. Harm onto the environment and the human body is less compared with that of lead. A surface is coated with a film to be reinforced.
