PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an oligosaccharide sequence from a number of peaks on a mass spectrum at a high speed and a high precision. SOLUTION: Mass analysis is performed including cleavage executing oligosaccharide of an object to be analyzed and a plurality of oligosaccharide fragments acquired by cleavage executing that are cleavage executed, and the acquired plurality of mass data and previously determined various oligosaccharide structures and sequence data are compared to determine the oligosaccharide sequence. Alternatively, huge sequence determining calculations generated by directly determining the oligosaccharide sequence with the combination of mass peaks themselves in the mass spectrum are reduced by the constraints in sequence, structure characteristics in biosynthesis of oligosaccharide and analyzed mass before cleavage.
