The utility model refers to the food industry, namely to a reservoir with oxygenated beverage. The reservoir (1) with oxygenated beverage, hermetically closed with a cover (5), is made of plastic material, metal or glass, inside which there is placed the liquid (2) saturated with oxygen, above which oxygen (4) is present, the thickness of the reservoir's walls (6) is determined by the internal pressure of the oxygen, constituting at most 7,0 atm, the quantity of oxygen in the liquid being equal to 5à200 mg/l. The result consists in providing safety when using the reservoir and in preserving the properties of the product.
