<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing with a sealing device for securing the sealing performance of the bearing even when centrifugal force works on the sealing device. <P>SOLUTION: The rolling bearing 10 with the sealing device comprises an outer ring 11 having an outer ring raceway surface 11a on the inner peripheral face, an inner ring 12 having an inner ring raceway surface 12a on the outer peripheral face, a plurality of rolling elements 13 rollingly provided between the outer ring raceway surface 11a and the inner ring raceway surface 12a, and the sealing device 15 mounted at the axial end of the outer ring 11 and having a core metal 15a and an elastic material 15b covered with the core metal 15a. An inner peripheral portion of the elastic material 15b of the sealing device 15 is provided with an intermediate lip 16b extending to the radial inside and an outside lip 16c located on the axial outside of the intermediate lip 16b, and a portion of the outside lip 16c directed to the axial outside is provided with an auxiliary lip 16e which forms a contact/non-contact sealing portion between another member 1A and itself. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
