<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center system reducing the number of operations for registering a face image of each customer who uses a videophone unit. <P>SOLUTION: The call center system comprises a plurality of operator terminals each capable of audio communication and video communication to a videophone unit; a call center server for relaying an incoming call from the videophone unit to any one of the operator terminals; and a database for storing a frame image corresponding to customer identification information. The operator terminals each extract a frame image at a predetermined interval from video images transmitted from the video telephone set in response to start of communication with the videophone unit, temporarily stores the extracted frame image every time the frame image is extracted, and registers the frame image temporarily stored in a frame image storage means in the database together with the customer identification information corresponding to the frame image in response to an external command. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
