<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo system capable of analyzing in detail with respect to a plurality of servo axes that influence one another. <P>SOLUTION: A servo amplifier 12 is equipped with a synchronous means 15 for making the servo operation cycle synchronize with a communication cycle by 1/nth (n is an integer) fold; a servo operation means 14 for processing the servo operation in the servo operation cycle; a storage means 16 for storing servo operation information 37a; a part of control data 17, used in the servo operation processing, for m-times for the servo operation cycle in the past; and a high-level device 11 has an asynchronous serial communication means 18 for exchanging data with an external device 19, separate from a synchronous serial communication means 13, with respect to all or a part of the storage means 16 connected via a synchronous serial communication means 13, which instructs the servo operation information 37 to start preservation and halt the preservation via the synchronous serial communication means 13, reads the servo operation information 37 saved in the storage means 16, and displays on the external device 19 via the asynchronous serial communication means 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
