<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device having a configuration and a structure that hardly cause a difference in mobility correction process by the distance from a scanning circuit to an organic EL element. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL display device includes a scanning circuit, a video signal output circuit, M×N organic EL elements, scanning lines, data lines and a current supply unit. Each organic EL element has a drive circuit and a light emitting portion, wherein the drive circuit comprises a driving transistor T<SB>Drv</SB>, a video signal writing transistor T<SB>Sig</SB>, and a capacitor C<SB>1</SB>.
