PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat control method and heat control device effectively utilizing a common Peltier device both for a freezing operation and for thermotherapy if the freezing operation and the thermotherapy are applied in this order to the treatment of an affected area in an organism tissue of the human body, etc.

SOLUTION: When a switch mechanism 300 is switched so that the direct voltage of a stabilized DC power supply 310 is applied to left and right feet members 224 and 225 of the Peltier device 220 with the left foot member as the positive electrode and the right foot member as the negative electrode, the Peltier device exhibits the endothermic function in the left and right foot members to absorb heat from the organism tissue 100 via a piezoresistance body 230. When the switch mechanism 30 is switched so that the direct voltage is applied to the left and right foot members of the Peltier device with the right foot member as the positive electrode and the left foot member as the negative electrode, the Peltier device exhibits the heating function in the left and right foot members to heat the affected area in the organism tissue via the piezoresistance body.
