PERMEABLE PACKAGING BAG, ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS, AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF CONTENT FILLING PACKAGE WHICH CAN BE EXHAUSTED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable surplus air to be easily exhausted from a packaging bag after filling content requiring exhaustion into it and further enable quality of stored content to be assured.

SOLUTION: A permeable packaging bag 10 is provided which keeps its peripheral edges 4 sealed and filled with content requiring evacuation to store it, wherein at least one of base members constituting the packaging bag 10 is constituted in such a way that an inner liner material 1 composed of either a permeable film or non-woven fabric and having its both surfaces sealable is overlapped on an outer liner material 2 composed of impermeable film in contact with a sealable surface of the outer liner material 2 of which at least one surface can be sealed, and the peripheral edges of the inner liner material 1 and the outer liner material 2 are sealed to each other while a not-yet sealed aeration seal part 5 is being left.
