PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which guarantees that audit data is surely recorded with output of data and avoids operations of the audit data by persons other than an appropriate auditor. SOLUTION: This image processing system includes an image processor 10 which associates image data with input/output information of the image data to record the image data as audit data, an audit device 11 displays or outputs the audit data to a display means and a key management device 12 which manages a key for performing connection authentication with the image processor 10 and the audit device 11 and permits access to the audit data when the connection authentication is successfully performed using the key.
