PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of re-failure due to a problem of an environment during retry of biometrics.

SOLUTION: A client device 10 transmits environment information acquired from an environment information acquisition device 3 to a server device 20 with a collation result of the biometrics authentication information to a server device 20. The server device 20 verifies not only the collation result but also environment information such as luminance. In this case, when there is any problem in the environment, the server device 20 notifies the client device 10 that there is a problem in the environment information. The client device 10 side improves the problem of the environment such as luminance based on the notification, and retries the biometrics.
