Seasoning powder adhesion apparatus designed to adhere seasoning powder on laver without using oil is provided to prevent rancidity during long-term storage and reduces reduction in taste and destruction of nutrients. A seasoning powder adhesion apparatus(100) for processing laver comprises: a laver transfer device(110) having a lower belt(112) installed at the first and second rollers and a support plate(114) supporting the lower belt and embedded with a heater(116) to transfer seasoning powder coated laver to one side; and a seasoning powder adhering device(120) having an upper belt(122) installed at the third and fourth rollers, a support roller(126) to press the upper surface of the upper belt while controlling tension force of the upper belt and a press roller(124) to press the upper surface of transferred laver at a predetermined pressure.
