WIDE-ANGLE LENS SYSTEM

A wide-angle lens system is provided to improve quality of an image by securing a wide field of view and sufficiently compensating distortion. A wide-angle lens system includes an aperture stop(AS), an object side lens group(LGO), and an image side lens group(LGI). The object side lens group is positioned on an object side with respect to the aperture stop and entirely has positive refractive power. The image side lens group is positioned on an image side with respect to the aperture stop and entirely has positive refractive power. The object side lens group includes an object side lens unit(LGOF) and an image side lens unit(LGOR). The object side lens unit is positioned adjacent to the object side and has negative refractive power. The image side lens unit is positioned adjacent to the image side and has positive refractive power.
