A system, an apparatus and a method of a conference call are provided to require the conference call through a receiving terminal by inputting a feature key signal, setting up a conference call passage as two call mixer, and blocking a receiving passage of the other party by a function key. A signal transmitted from a first terminal(100) is transmitted to a second terminal(140) through a first CMX(call mixer)(116), and simultaneously transmitted to a third terminal(150) through a second CMX(118). The first CMX and the second CMX set up each passage by dividing a transmission passage and a receiving passage of the second terminal. The first CMX receives the transmission signal of the first terminal from the second terminal, and connects the transmission passage of the second terminal to the second CMX because the first CMX connects the transmission passage of the first terminal with the receiving passage of the second terminal. The second CMX receives the communication signals transmitted from the second terminal from the first terminal and the third terminal at the same time because the transmission passage of the second terminal is connected with the first terminal and the third terminal simultaneously. The second CMX connects the transmission passage of the first terminal to the receiving passage of the third terminal, and the transmission passage of the third terminal is connected to the first terminal only. Thus, the signals transmitted from the third terminal are transmitted to the first terminal only. At this time, a passage connected between the transmission passage of the first terminal and the first CMX is blocked or activated optionally by a function key signal provided from the first terminal. And the transmission passage of the first terminal and the receiving passage of the third terminal are able to be blocked by the function key inputted from the first terminal.
