A game machine having a gift offering device is provided to differentiate selection range of gifts depending on difficulty or accomplishment degree of game and to promote interests on game by adding lighting to the gift offering device. A game machine having a gift offering device comprises: a frame(104) including a manipulation buttons, a coin inlet, and a gift outlet; a game board with various types and levels of games established in the frame; and a gift offering device(106) established around the game board, which includes a motor bracket(108), a driving chain gear(111) linked to an axis(110) of a motor(109) established on the motor bracket; an offering guide(112); a passive chain gear(113); a chain(114) connecting the driving and driven gears; a storing projection(115); a light emitting device(116); and a sensor(117) to stop the motor by detecting a gift discharge.
