PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing cotton cloth filtered rough-grained soybean-curd using a forming box made of punching metal so as to cause neither rough-surfaced soybean-curd due to soybean-curd's biting into the punching metal face nor peeling the soybean-curd off in its releasing. SOLUTION: This method for producing the rough-grained soybean-curd comprises the following process: soybean-curd in a forming box made of punching metal is pressed for a specified time followed by halting the press, the practice is repeated; during the operation, the box is turned upside down and the soybean-curd is pressed again, thus the forming presses on the upper and lower faces of the box becomes balances, resulting in facilitating the release of the soybean-curd from the box. |
