The method involves fixing coated wires (2) of an annular bundle (2') of non-integrated wires near an end of a spindle shaped support part (7) by a fixation unit, where each wire has a ceramic fiber covered with a metallic sheath. An assembly of the wires is wound around a support part based on a helical trajectory by a die (10), where the die is driven in rotation around an axis (A) of the support part. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing a tubular part.
