A rendering server system with a multiple gateway structure, a gateway system used for the same, and a rendering method are provided to offer volume visualization service to a mobile terminal user by co-work of the mobile terminal through a client-server system. A rendering server system performs a rendering work by the interaction between a rendering server(100), the multiple gateways(200-1,200-2,...,200-n) which are connected parallel to the rendering server, and the client mobile terminals(300-1,300-2,...,300-n) which perform the rendering work by connecting to the gateways. Each of client mobile terminals perform the rendering by registering in sessions(201-1,201-2,...,201-n), and through the co-work of the client mobile terminals registered in the same session. Each of client mobile terminals register in sessions to perform the rendering work through the co-work of the client mobile terminals registered in the same session. The rendering server performs the rendering work by using the massive original volume data and the basic data transmitted from the client mobile terminals through the gateways.
