<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire laying apparatus which can lay wires quickly to improve the fabrication efficiency and can flexibly meet the requirements of the specification changes of an electrical junction box. SOLUTION: A head unit 3 which has a take-up jig 1 and a terminal block fixed to the outer circumference of the take-up jig 1 and drives the take-up jig 1 to rotate to feed the wires to the outer circumference of the take-up jig 1 is provided. Wire laying control means 43 and 131 which control the position of the head unit 3 in the axial direction (X-axis direction) of the take-up jig 1 and lay the wires fed by the head unit 3 into required patterns on the outer circumference of the take-up jig 1, while fitting the wires to the fitting grooves of the terminal block, are provided. With this constitution, the wires can be continuously laid without being deformed to reduce a time required for the wire laying and, further, the laying patterns can be changed only by changing the control program of the take-up jig 1 in its axial direction.</p> |
