An outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to simplify structure and to improve space utilization by radiating heat of an electric element through a partition having improved heat conductivity without using a heat sink. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprises a cabinet(10) having a heat exchanging chamber(12) and a machine room(13), a partition(30), a heat exchanger(17), a blowing fan(18a), a compressor(19), and an electric element(20). The partition, defines the heat exchanging chamber and the machine room and has the carbon nanotube layer radiating heat transferred from the electric element, wherein a graphite layer and the carbon nanotube layer are stacked. The heat exchanger and the blowing fan are installed in the heat exchanging chamber. The compressor is installed in the machine room. The electric element is fixed on the partition in the machine room.
