First and second sets of hinge axes (14.1) and (14.2) are defined in said first and second sets of base walls (26.1) and (26.2), so that the first set of hinge axes (14.1) is located in a plane below that in which the second set of hinge axes (14.2) is located. The dimensions of the side walls (16) and (18) are selected so that in the collapsed condition, opposed sets of side walls (16) and (18) do not overlap.
