A recycle board for construction material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce environmental pollution, improve solidity, and expand life by mixing ground waste wood and waste synthetic resin in an extruder. A manufacturing method of a recycle board for construction material includes the steps of: grinding waste wood and waste synthetic resin into powders; putting the ground waste synthetic resin in an extruder to melt, and extruding the molten waste synthetic resin; mixing the molten resin with the ground waste wood mechanically at a melting point of the waste synthetic resin and a non-melting point; extruding the mixture; conveying the extruded product to a rolling mold machine to make panels; cooling the panels through water cooling; and cutting the cooled product by a predetermined length.
