An integrated multi-system is provided to offer the effect of the interior by installing TV peripherals and multi-devices in a built-in manner to thus resolving processing of complicated electric wires. A display device is moved up and down at a certain position of a mounting unit with a controllable height, and reproduces an image signal from a corresponding image source based on a reproduction mode. An audio setting unit is positioned at an inner side of the mounting unit and processes a voice signal based on the reproduction mode. A main speaker(10a) and a sub-speaker(10b) are positioned at a front side of an upper end of the mounting unit and at both sides of a lower end of the mounting unit, amplifies the voice signal from the audio setting unit, and outputs the same. An external connection terminal(50) is positioned at one side of a lower end portion of the mounting unit and receives image and voice signals from the exterior. An equalizer display unit is positioned at a front portion of the lower end of the mounting unit and displays sound waveforms of the voice signal outputted from the audio setting unit. A digital video disk setting unit is positioned at the inner side of the mounting unit and processes a digital video disk signal.
