PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method having high reliability, capable of stably and inexpensively producing a SiC/SiC composite material product having a flow channel and a space with an accurate dimension and shape and a smooth internal surface. SOLUTION: In this method for producing a SiC/SiC composite material product having a flow channel and space in the interior, zones corresponding to the flow channel and the space are previously made of a graphite or a carbon fiber material and parts except the flow channel and the space are prepared as a matrix of a SiC fiber and SiC ceramic. After the whole product is produced, the whole product is heated to >=1,000 deg.C in an oxidizing atmosphere, the graphite and the carbon fiber material are oxidized and removed to produce the objective SiC/SiC composite material product having the flow channel and the space in the interior. |
