<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a signal mixer capable of mixedly inputting and outputting a plurality of signals to/from one terminal without overlapping a plurality of signal frequency bands and to realize a satellite communication system, the system installation work of which can be easily performed and the system construction cost of which is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The signal mixer 20 is provided with a terminal 21 for inputting a ground wave TV broadcast signal, a terminal 25 for inputting at least one between a BS signal and CS signal whose frequencies are converted into an intermediate frequency band, a terminal 24 for inputting an outgoing signal of a band of 2.5 GHz, a terminal 23 for outputting an incoming signal of a band of 2.6 GHz, and a terminal 22 for transmitting the ground wave TV broadcast signal, the BS and CS signals, and the outgoing signal and also inputting the incoming signal.
