A POWER CONNECTING DEVICE FOR A LAMP LID OF A SIDE TYPE BACKLIGHT UNIT

A lamp lead line power connecting apparatus of a side type back light apparatus is provided to perform the connection of a lead line for applying power to an electrode of a lamp by means of a holder simply. A lamp(1) of a back light apparatus is fixed to a lamp housing(2). A light guide panel is installed at a side of the lamp and changes the light of the lamp from the line light source to the surface light source. A lead line(1a) is fixed to the top of the lamp. An end of a box shape lamp holder(10) is connected with an elastic member(11) for encapsulating the lead line. An opening(12) is formed at the other end of the lamp holder and has a space therein. A fixing bracket is installed vertically to the lamp holder. The lamp holder is curved vertically and assembled to the fixing bracket through the bending of the lead line. A case receives plural devices at the outside of the fixing bracket and the lamp holder. A connector is connected with a direction of a power supply cable and inserted into the opening of the lamp holder by the medium of the case. An inverter is connected with the other direction of the power supply cable.
