<p>The method involves providing a load object e.g. e.g. program element, for integration into a control program for a technical process. The load object is transferable from a programming device to an automation device. A state is assigned to the load object, where the state assigned to the load object identifies the load object as being available for the control program. Another state identifies the load object as being integrated into the control program and executed by an automation system. The load object identified by the state still remains available for testing the control program. An independent claim is also included for a computer readable medium encoded with software to perform a method for operating an automation system.</p> |
