TEMPORARY APPARATUS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SEISMIC ISOLATION SYSTEM AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SEISMIC ISOLATION SYSTEM

A temporary structure for assembling and installing a seismic isolation system and an installation method of a seismic isolation system using a temporary structure are provided to construct a lower concrete structure below a seismic isolation system easily and to assemble and install a seismic isolation system on the lower concrete structure simply by fixing an installation site of a connecting nut for connecting a seismic isolation system and a lower concrete structure exactly and burying under the lower concrete structure, to place concrete for a lower concrete structure tightly by excluding the installation of a plate type member, and to shorten a period of construction and to reduce the cost required by simplifying the installation progress of a seismic isolation system. A temporary structure(100) for assembling and installing a seismic isolation system comprises a support(110) placed to put over the inside and the outside of a concrete form simultaneously on the concrete form and provided with a first through hole(111) formed on a part located in the concrete form, a level regulator composed of first, second nuts(131,132) and a control bolt(133) and coupled to a fixture(120) and the support to regulate the level of the support, a separator(140) provided with a through hole(141), placed to make the through hole located correspondingly to the first through hole of the support below the support and formed to separate the support easily after placing concrete in the concrete form, a connecting nut(150) placed to be located below the separator, and a fastening bolt(160) penetrating the first through hole of the support on the support and fastening with the connecting nut after penetrating the through hole of the separator. An installation method of a seismic isolation system using a temporary structure comprises the steps of: installing a lower concrete structure by installing a concrete form at the height below an installation site of a seismic isolation system and arranging reinforcing bars; after fixing an installation site of a connecting nut by installing a fixture to the upper side or the outside of the concrete form and fastening a separator, a connecting nut and a fastening bolt to a support, binding the support and the fixture using a level regulator; leveling the support by regulating the level regulator of the temporary structure; dismantling and removing the temporary structure except the connecting nut buried under the lower concrete structure; fastening a fixing bolt to the connecting nut exposed to the upper side of the lower concrete structure and installing a seismic isolation system; and installing an upper concrete structure by installing an upper concrete form and arranging reinforcing bars.
