The radiation filter has an elastic base layer (12) and an elastic facing layer (20), which are spaced and connected by a spacing element (18). A hollow space (22) is formed between the base layer and the facing layer through the spacing element. The elastic base layer has two layer coats (12a,12b) having different relative dielectric constants.
