Method for manufacturing a wooden profile

The system has a pressing and transport device (3), in which plates (2) are pressed against each other for partial curing of glue and are simultaneously transported in a longitudinal direction of a wood profile (1). The device has pressing units (6) successively arranged in the longitudinal direction of the wood profile and connected with each other by a circumferential driving element (7). The pressing units are movable between an open position, in which it freely provides the wood profile, and a close position, in which it compresses the wood profile transverse to the longitudinal direction. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a wood profile.
