Robot and method for programming a robot

The method involves manual starting of space points with a robot (R). The robot carries a determined force or torque in the started space point, where the force or torque is stored. The manual starting of the space points is carried by the manual guiding of the robot or with the help of a manually operated input device (22) of the robot. An independent claim is also included for a robot, particularly for carrying out a robot programming method.
