An air resistance type sportswear is provided to have no limits in the space to be used, to be put on conveniently, to give uniform load to a user's body and to improve the effects of exercising. An air resistance type sportswear includes a sportswear body and an air resistance portion(200). The air resistance portion is attached to the sportswear, and expands by the air that flows in when a user walks or runs to increase the air resistance of the sportswear. The height and the width of the inlet(210) of the air resistance portion are reduced gradually and the section of an outlet of the air resistance portion becomes relatively smaller than that of the inlet. The air resistance portion is made of a material that is the same as that of the sportswear, and has good ventilation. |
