<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a draw-formed paper article of a good appearance by making winkles occur orderly in the draw forming of cardboard and a draw-formed paper article manufactured by the method. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for molding the draw-formed paper article, a blank sheet (2) is mounted on a female mold (1). After the periphery of the blank sheet (2) is pressed by a press mold (3) with the middle opened to allow a male mold (4) to pass through, the male mold (4) is pressed to the female mold (1) for draw forming. The draw forming is done by using the press mold (3) in which only in the corners (5) of noodles in contact with the blank sheet (2), channels (6) of a proper length are formed from the outside periphery toward the middle of the inside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
