A charting method in which a plurality of segments of a data series, such as stock market data, are selected and plotted on a chart (or statistical functions derived from the data are plotted). Preferably, the plots of different segments are overlaid on one another on the graph, i.e. plotted against the same axis. The segments to be plotted can be selected using one or more filters. |
