An auto edge trace method of a blood vessel in an interested region is provided to solve an unclear boundary problem of an edge region due to overlapping of the blood vessels and to perform rapid real-time processing. An auto edge trace method of a blood vessel in an interested region includes the steps of: tracing the interested region from a corresponding image of one image frame of an angiographic image; drawing a one, two, or three-dimensional graph by horizontally analyzing the traced interested region to find a least point through a least-squares method; vertically or diagonally analyzing the traced interested region; and tracing an edge of the blood vessel by using the obtained graphs.
