A method of making an organ is provided to make a three-dimensional organ of a human body effectively as well as a pet and to prevent the immune rejection system. In a method of making an organ, various small scaffolds having a hexagonal shape are made by using a material that is suitable for the tissue of a human body and is naturally decomposed. A cell is implanted into the scaffold. These hexagons are assembled to have the shape of an organ of a human body by using an adhesive that is suitable for a human body and using a robot arm or an xyz machine. A pipette tip(10) which is able to generate a negative pressure in a clean room is installed on the robot arm. The adhesive is applied by using an instant adhesive spraying device is formed at the end of the robot arm(12).
