An apparatus for baking a fluorescent lamp is provided to facilitate maintenance work of the baking apparatus by arranging a working space between a heater and a transfer unit. An apparatus for baking a fluorescent lamp includes plural rotating rollers(110), a heater(130), and an elevator. The rotating rollers support and rotate a glass tube. The heater is arranged on the rotating rollers to heat up the glass tube. The elevator elevates the heater. The elevator includes an elevation axis(150), a screw(160), and a rigid member. The elevation axis is coupled with an upper portion of the heater. A spiral groove is formed on an outer surface of the elevation axis. The screw has a hollow cylindrical shape. A closed groove is formed on an inner periphery of the screw. The rigid member is inserted between a groove of the elevation axis and a groove on the screw.
