A blood pressure measuring apparatus is provided to measure blood pressure and body fat simultaneously by using an ECG(ElectroCardioGram) measuring electrode. An ECG measuring unit(11) includes two or more ECG measuring electrodes to measure an ECG from both feet of a subject. A PPG(Photo Plethysmo-Graphy) measuring unit(12) includes a PPG measuring sensor to measure a PPG from a toe of the subject. A control unit(14) calculates a blood pressure based on a PTT(Pulse Transmit Time) calculated from the measured ECG and PP, information of the measured and analyzed PPG, and information of body characteristics of the subject. A communication unit(15) transmits the measured ECG and PPG, the PTT, the information of the body characteristics, and the blood pressure.
