An imaging lens in which optical performance does not deteriorate even in a high temperature environment, various aberrations are corrected well and sufficient back focus is ensured while shortening the optical length. The imaging lens consists of a first diaphragm (S1), a first joint compound lens (14), a second diaphragm (S2), and a second joint compound lens (16) arranged in this order from the object side toward the image side.The first joint compound lens consists of a first lens (L1), a second lens (L2) and a third lens (L3) arranged in this order from the object side toward the image side, and the second joint compound lens consists of a fourth lens (L4), a fifth lens (L5) and a sixth lens (L6) arranged in this order from the object side toward the image side. The first lens and the third lens, the fourth lens and the sixth lens are formed of curing resin material. The second lens and the fifth lens are formed of glass material.
