The multi-functional tool (1) is for use in work preferably with dialysis machines in hospital, is made particularly of plastic, fitted around a winged fixture screw (2). The tool is formed so that two forked legs (3a,3b) extend from a common shaft containing semi-circular holes (4) and a V-shaped incision (5) with its pointed angle (6) facing the tool shaft (7), aimed at enclosing the winged fixture screw in a plane corresponding to the height of the long side (8) of the tool. The tool is also provided with a cutting toothed part (9) evolving from the short side of one forked leg (3a) and a grip/clamping function comprising a long and narrow part projecting from the other forked leg which clamps an arched edge. The grip/clamping function is produced with an upwardly turning movement of the tool shaft when the projecting part is engaged under the clamped arched edge.
