A light diffusing sheet, a backlight assembly and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device having the same are provided to prevent generation of yellowing at the light diffusing sheet due to ultraviolet rays generated from a light source by changing structure of the light diffusing sheet. An LCD device includes an LCD panel(100), a backlight assembly, and a receiving member. The backlight assembly has a light source(300) and a light diffusing sheet(500). The light source provides light to the LCD panel. The light diffusing sheet is arranged at an upper part of the light source. The receiving member receives the LCD panel and the backlight assembly. The light diffusing sheet has an ultraviolet blocking member(510) and a base film(520). The base film has a light diffusing material(522) and is arranged at an upper part of the ultraviolet blocking member.
