An air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to prevent condensate from entering into the interior of the vehicle by guiding the condensate formed on a surface of a refrigerant pipe into an air conditioner case using a condensate fall guide unit. An air conditioning system for a vehicle comprises an evaporator(12), a pair of refrigerant pipes(13), a holder(15), supporting holes(15a), and a condensate fall guide unit. The condensate fall guide unit, guides the condensate into an air conditioner case(11) to prevent condensate flowing in a refrigerant pipe from leaking to an outside of the air conditioner case through the supporting hole, has a prevention rib(16). The prevention rib, installed at one part of the holder, guides condensate flowing along a lower surface of the refrigerant pipe to be fell downward, has a prevention surface(16a) adhered to the lower surface of the refrigerant pipe and a flow guide surface(16b) extended downward from the prevention surface.
