An asbestos deconstruction method is provided to protect workers from harms of asbestos by carrying out deconstruction in a sealed plastic body with gloves, holes for sound pressure and suction, and a tool box. An asbestos deconstruction method includes the steps of: installing a platform(11), and mounting a plastic box(51) on the platform; positioning the plastic box at an area, where asbestos deconstruction is carried out, to isolate the area from the outside; sealing the inside of the plastic box; and destructing asbestos in the plastic box from the outside of the plastic box through holes(52) equipped with gloves. The plastic box is provided with the holes, a tool box(53), a collection plastic bag(55), and a hole(56) for sound pressure and suction.
