An interior heat exchanger integrated with an accumulator of an air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of elements and to reduce an entire size of the system. An interior heat exchanger integrated with an accumulator of an air conditioning system for a vehicle comprises a low temperature refrigerant inlet(20), a vapor-liquid separator(30), a heat exchange tube(40), a discharge pipe(34), upper and lower end covers(60), a low refrigerant outlet(64), a high temperature inlet(70), and a high temperature outlet(80). The vapor-liquid separator stores the low temperature refrigerant and separates vapor and liquid from the low temperature refrigerant. The low temperature refrigerant outlet discharges the low temperature refrigerant to a compressor. The high temperature refrigerant inlet transfers the high temperature refrigerant from a gas cooler to a high temperature path(42) of the heat exchange tube. The high temperature refrigerant outlet moves along the high temperature path and discharges heat exchanged high temperature refrigerant to an evaporator.
