A linear compressor is provided to simplify a manufacturing process by modifying the shape of a bearing. A linear compressor comprises a piston(116), a first bearing(160), and a second bearing(170). The piston reciprocates in a cylinder(111) to compress refrigerant in a compression chamber. The first bearing is installed at the cylinder to support the piston. The second bearing is installed at a compressor body to support the piston. An oil inlet port is provided at the second bearing to supply oil to the second bearing. An oil outlet port is provided at the second bearing to discharge oil from the second bearing. The oil outlet port is positioned above the center of the second bearing to preserve the oil supplied to the second bearing. A groove is formed in a contact surface of the second bearing and the piston in order to facilitate supply of oil.
